COA’s After School Program

COA’s After School Program has some very exciting news to announce! We are providing an awesome opportunity for you to register your child for the After School program o n line . You no longer have to worry about paper registration packets. After School Registration will be held December 7th - 14th, 2018 for the Spring 2019 semester .

Please complete an application online on the school website by December 14th, 2018 .

We are very proud to present a variety of diverse clubs available to take part in within the After School program. Upon registering, you will see we have about 30 different clubs that you can choose for your child to be a part of, such as Art, Basketball, Choir, Dance, Gymnastics, Home Econ, Mental Math, Ping-Pong, Soccer, and more. Please be aware that each club has a limited number of available spaces. If you go to our school website to register for the After School Program and don’t see the club that you want for your child, you will need to choose another available club as clubs at full capacity will no longer show up as an option. If you miss the online ASES registration period, you’re welcome to register your child for the waiting list, which is located under the ASES forms tab on our school website.

If you do not have the possibility to register online from home, we can help you register at school during registration week. Feel free to ask for registration assistance at the ASES front desk.

As always, please keep in mind—because we are only able to accommodate a limited number of students, ASES enrollment will be held on a first come-first serve basis.

Please note: Students enrolled in the program are required to stay after school every day (5 days/week) including Friday and must be picked up no later than 6:00 PM. Parents must sign your child out from After School manually in ASES folders every day at the front desk. Students with excessive absences or are picked up late (more than 3 times per month) may lose privileges in the After School Program.
